Ilene Franklin

Ilene Franklin of Parkesburg, PA was recently nominated for RSVP's Volunteer of the Year award through the RSVP station, Mentors Matter. Ilene is a valuable asset to the Mentors Matter program and has made a great difference in the life of the young person whom she mentors. Mrs. Franklin was congratulated at the RSVP Luncheon by Senator Andrew Dinniman (pictured). The luncheon was held at the Radley Run Country Club on March 22, 2007 in West Chester, PA.
